At The Wisteria Tree we pride ourself on good quality and affordable products. Our aim is to provide you with the best customer service possible and we always strive to keep bringing you new and on trend items for an affordable price so that your home can continue to look even more beautiful all year round.

The Enviroment

I try my best to help the environment by reducing, reusing and recycling so do reuse any bubble wrap or boxes that have been sent to me by suppliers that I feel are suitable and in good condition. Some of the packaging used in yours orders may be recycled.

PAYMENTS & CHARGES

All orders can currently be paid for by either Paypal, Credit or Debit Card, ClearPay & Klarna

All transactions are 100% safe and secure. We do not store any credid/debit card details on the website

POSTAGE & SHIPPING

All deliveries will aim to be sent out on the same or next working day after payment has

been received and should take between 1-5 working days to be delivered.

Shipping cost is calculated by weight & size at the checkout. We use Royal Mail as our Primary delivery source with prices starting as standard first class from £4.25

Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm from £11.15

Please give extra time for orders being sent over a weekend, bank holidays or public holidays. All delivery times are approximate.

We currently only offer UK delivery. If you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase from us please email info@thewisteriatree.co.uk and we will look into shipping costs for you.

Free Standard Delivery is available on all orders over £100

A Free Click and Collect option is available at the checkout.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you need to return it you are welcome to do so within 30 days of the item's delivery.

Any returned items must be returned to us unused and need to be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged within the 30 day period.To start a return, you can contact us at info@thewisteriatree.co.uk, Please make sure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on items either deemed not to be in original packaging, or broken on the transit back to us. Fragile items must be packed safely and in their original packaging for a safe transit back to us, please call a team member for assistance of if you have questions regarding this.
We unfortunately cannot cover the costs of returns if the item is lost or damaged on its way back to us so please ensure you send your returned items with a tracked delivery service. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items returned and lost in the post.

Any shipping cost to return an item is at the cost of the customer.

The full item price will be refunded upon the safe return of the item. Processing time for refunds is 7-10 days

No refunds are given if the shipping address provided is incorrect.

LOSS OR DAMAGES

Here at The Wisteria Tree we check all of our products before sending them out, please inspect your order upon receipt and if your item has been damaged in transit or an item is missing please contact us within 48 hours of the parcel being delivered at info@thewisteriatree.co.uk. Otherwise we will not be able to offer a refund. Please include images showing the damaged item and the packaging that your order arrived in, for us to make a claim.

Please note that we will not accept the return of any damaged or incorrectly supplied products where you fail to notify us within 48 hours of receiving them.

Any orders showing as 'delivered' to a safe place or work/company address will not be covered for loss or damage.

PRIVACY & DATA

As an online store – we are committed to keeping all your personal details safe and secure.

No data or details will be passed on to any 3rd party companies.

Any personal information supplied will only be used by The Wisteria Tree to contact you regarding your order, new stock or to send you special offers and promotions.

No credit Card Details are stored in our Data Base
